Whispering Pines Lodge Policies

~ The desk is not staffed 24/7 - if nobody is there, contact the main number, someone is always available to take your call!

Desk Hours (subject to change);

Su-Thurs: 11am-5pm

Fri-Sat: 830am-7pm


~ A deposit of the first night's room rate + tax/fees is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged on the day of your arrival. **PLEASE NOTE: if you purchased a "Worry-Free Booking", that is a 3rd party and their policy is to charge for the full reservation + insurance at the time of booking**


~ Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least (3) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation to avoid cancellation fees.


~ In the unlikely event that you must cancel within (3) days, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the first night + taxes/fees. If for any reason, you must check out early after you have checked in already, we must ask you to take responsibility for 100% of the original reservation. The remaining balance can be redeemed through a credit voucher towards a future stay or gift!


~ Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.


~ Check-out: 11:00 AM.


~ No Smoking permitted ~ subject to fines up to $250.


~ Federally controlled substances are prohibited. Discovery or use of any kind on the property after or during your stay will result in immediate contact of the appropriate authorities and a permanent ban. Weapons, explosives, inflammable objects and materials or other dangerous chemicals or goods of hazardous nature are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.


~ The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the hotel and other guests, invitees, visitors, and personnel for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the Guest’s own negligence and non-observance of such rules and instructions.


~ Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.


~ In case of damage caused to the hotel by the Guest, the Guest is due to cover the cost of all damage caused to the hotel. It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner, not to provide any disturbances to other guests, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. Please, respect the property and our staff like you would your own home!


~ Pets allowed in a limited number of rooms and must be noted at the time of reservation. Pet fees are an additional $15 per night, pricing subject to change.


~ We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.


~ The Hotel Management reserves the right to add to, alter, or amend any of the above Terms, Conditions, and Rules. Prices are subject to change without notice, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances. Please note; rates are subject to change throughout the year, however, whatever rate is booked at the time of booking cannot be changed.
